ENTRY DEADLINE

Registration deadline- 2/28/2026

EARLY BIRD DEADLINE
​
Rosters electronically submitted through the USAG reservation system by 11:59pm 2/19/26 will receive a $5 discount per athlete. Entry Fees must be paid in full and be in hand by 2/28/2026 in order for the discount to be applied.
​
LATE FEES
​
$50 late fee per child for adds/changes that are made within 10 days of the meet. In addition, any late entry or change needs to come with score verification.
​
REFUNDS
​
Refunds for injured athletes will be honored with a doctor's through March 25th. No other refunds will be issued after February 28th, 2026.
​
STATE MEET QUALIFICATION
​
DP Levels 2, 3, 4, and 5- 30.00 AA
DP Levels 6, 7, 8, 9, & 10- 32.00 AA
DP Levels 9 & 10 Event Specialists - 9.0
Xcel athletes- 32.00 AA
Xcel Event Specialist- 8.0
The drop back date is 4 weeks prior to the Monday after the state meet.
