This 90-minute gymnastics class meets in the big gym. This class will focus on building strength, increase flexibility, and improving coordination while working on gymnastics skills. Class is available to all skill levels. The first 60-minutes of class, a coach will provide instruction and will be available to help with goal setting and a plan to help you reach your goals. The last 30-minutes of class is open-gym with all events and apparatuses available for use.
