Holiday/Closure Policies

Most planned closures are factored into our tuition schedule. Tuition is based on 48 classes per year and is billed monthly. While most months offer 4 classes per month, it is important to note that some months may have 3 classes per month - while others may have 5 classes. In the event a holiday or unforeseen closure prevents us from offering 48 classes per year, we will offer a make-up token to be used another day. You will be notified by email when this is the case. We follow USD385 for weather-related closures. We are happy to offer adequate time during holidays to allow our students to travel and spend time with family without the worry of missing scheduled classes. We appreciate your support and wish you a wonderful holiday season! Click the link below for our list of planned recreational class closure dates for the year.
