USAG Women:
The USA Gymnastics, Developmental program was developed with the belief that all athletes, regardless of their potential, must have a solid foundation of basic skills in order to advance safely. The program allows the gymnast to advance at her own pace. This demanding program requires talent, dedication and many hours of training.
The Developmental Program is organized into 10 different levels of training or competition. Competition is carried out at local, state, regional and national levels.

XCEL Women:
The Xcel Program is designed to offer a broad-based, affordable competitive experience outside the traditional Jr. Olympic Program to attract and retain a diverse group of athletes.
The Xcel program is organized in 5 different levels of trining and competition. Competition is carried out at local, state, regional and national levels.

AAU Women:
AAU was founded in 1888 to establish standards and uniformity in amateur sports. During its early years, the AAU served as a leader in international sport representing the U.S. in the international sports federations. The AAU worked closely with the Olympic movement to prepare athletes for the Olympic Games. After the Amateur Sports Act of 1978, the AAU has focused its efforts into providing sports programs for all participants of all ages beginning at the grass roots level. The philosophy of "Sports for All, Forever," is shared by nearly 800,000 participants and over 150,000 volunteers.
